Description

Volunteers are a critical nonprofit resource that can dramatically expand the effectiveness of your organisation. Running a successful volunteer programme requires implementing smart management systems and procedures. This workshop will look at volunteer management components that contribute to running a well-rounded programme: designing volunteer positions, staff/volunteer relations, recruitment, interviewing and screening, orientation and placement, retention and recognition.
