Social skills impact every aspect of our lives. Social skills development is as important as the development of academic skills (Krehbiel, Family Resource). Evidence suggest that a lack of social skills development can be a predictor of future school difficulties (Holmes, 2000).

Tomorrows Voices has answered the call for effective social skills training and development for youth in Bermuda. We are pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Saturday Social Skills Group supported by funding from Capital G.

Next session for 2012 will be held on Saturday February 25th 2012.

A social skills development group designed to build pro-social behaviors and increase the functional life and daily living skills of the youth in our program. Programming will include centre-based, fun and therapeutic activities along with community outings and exploration.

We encourage you to send your developmentally disabled or typically developing youth to our social skills group.

Cost: $35 per session ~ Ages: 6 to 17

Every 2nd and 4th Saturday in the month from 9:00 am 1:00 pm
